
Kunafa Pistachio Latte

Ingredients:
- 180ml UFC Velvet Almond Milk
- 15ml UFC Velvet Almond Milk
- 2g Matcha powder
- 18g Pistachio butter
- 12g Kunafa

20ml Pistachio syrup
- 30g Whipping cream
- 5g Cocoa powder

10g Chocolate sauce
- 1 cup Ice
- Chopped pistachios for garnish
Method:
- Mix the matcha powder with pistachio butter until fully dissolved and smooth. Add the crispy baked kunafa and toss to combine well.
- Measure out 20 g of the prepared kunafa mixture. Add pistachio syrup and UFC Velvet Almond Milk, then stir with a spoon until evenly combined.
- Combine whipping cream and cocoa powder, then whip with a milk frother until well blended. Add chocolate sauce and UFC Velvet Almond Milk, and continue whipping until smooth and foamy.
- Fill a glass with ice, then pour in the pistachio almond milk mixture.
- Top with chocolate foam. Garnish with the remaining kunafa mixture and chopped pistachios.
